I live right up the street by Luckys so Tower Zone is my place. I could be all the way across town and instead of going to a smoke shop thats near where I’m at, I will make the drive to Tower Zone. Since I’m almost in the store daily, iv made friendships with all of the employees (and its NOT only because they stay giving me great deals on almost everything in the store) they are all super awesome and they make the effort to remember certain things I like and which brands I prefer over others. It makes me feel special, and like my business is important to them to take the time and remember the small details like that about me.
