Every time I’ve been in Knox Smoke I’ve been impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I’ve had interactions with at least 3 employees and each time it’s been a positive experience. When I came in looking for a product that wasn’t in stock Aaron went above and beyond to try to find it for me, even asking the owner to special order it and then following up with me about it. I have rarely had a retail employee try so hard to find what I was looking for and it is clear that Aaron cares about his job and his customers. It has been refreshing to encounter an employee like Aaron. This man deserves a raise!
